Off-Peak Vouchers – designed for our frequent travellers who like travel during our off-peak periods. Like the FLEX Vouchers, the Off-Peak Vouchers are a bundle of tickets that are fixed at the purchase price e.g. if you book and pay for a 10 trips at £23 each, this price will never change. Our only stipulation is that you remain within our off-peak periods. Our Off-Peak Guide is published annually and will not change.
Our online Manage Booking service makes it easy and convenient to activate your tickets for actual travel dates and times, reverse the route and alter personal details free of charge. You can also, for additional payment, change the vehicle category or add PETS to your booking. If these services are carried out by our booking staff a handling fee will apply.
Once a ticket is activated any subsequent changes to travel date or time will be subject to a fee. The online amendment fee will always be lower than the charges of the Customer Service Centre.
Off-Peak tickets are valid for travel from Monday through Thursday with the exception of the specified peak periods. To see available travel dates, please consult the OFF-PEAK TRAVEL GUIDE.
Our Off-Peak tickets provide you with the best low-cost travel solution between Dover and Boulogne. Don't forget we can get you there in just 50 minutes, so it makes a speedy alternative to Dover - Calais.

Here’s how they work
Steps:
1) Book your Off-Peak Voucher online, just like any other ticket and you will shortly receive a ‘mother’ booking reference number
2) Within the next 24 hours, you will receive reference numbers and security codes for the individual elements of your voucher – these are bookings made on a ‘dummy date’ for you to activate as and when you want to use them
3) You will receive 10 Single tickets
4) Using our online Manage Booking System, you can now activate these bookings by entering your required travel dates and times with your vehicle and passenger details – there is no charge for this
Points to remember
- You must activate your ticket and confirm your travel details prior to arriving at the port
- Ticket activation online is free, however a fee will apply if this is done via our Call Centre
- Once activated, any future amendments will incur an amendment fee
- Your ‘mother’ booking is for reference purposes only, please do not book your actual crossings on your 'mother' booking reference
- It is not possible to change both the vehicle and lead passenger on a booking. One or the other must remain the same
- Space for large vehicles and vehicles with trailer is limited, therefore please ensure you book well in advance and ensure that you have reserve the correct vehicle length
- Off-Peak Vouchers are for non-commercial use only
